I knew Mindvalley from a personal standpoint pursuing 3 quests I did over a year and when I was talking to my organization about some key lessons I learned, I realized there was an opportunity to better grant access to the Leadership Team so they can learn at their own pace and choose the content they want to integrate into their lives. I manage the Mindfulness and Meditation Employee Resource Groups at Facebook. Vishen and Mindvalley have a huge fan base here, and upon popular request, he kindly consented to visit and address an eager crowd at the Facebook HQ at Menlo Park, California. This Mindvalley session was attended by FB employees from all over the globe, and was a huge success. We were guided through the 6 phase meditation, which had many of us moved to tears.
